The difference

Panels go through the gate.
The vault goes together inside.

Conventional storage means a crane, a flatbed, and a driveway wide enough to take a 20-foot box. Our crew carries the panels to your build site. Every wall, floor, and roof panel carries by hand, then bolts together exactly where you want it.

  • Flat panels pass through fences, side yards, and gates as narrow as a doorway.
  • Panels can be assembled on-site. Confirm access, a suitable base, and local permit requirements first.
  • Want to move it later? It comes apart the same way it went up.

Engineering

Steel panels. Sealed seams. A finished interior.

Two layers between your gear and a Southwest monsoon: corrugated 20-gauge galvanized steel, sealed under a powder coat inside and out.

20-gauge galvanized

Zinc-coated steel panels with a powder-coated finish inside and out.

Corrugated for strength

Vertical ribbing turns thin steel into rigid, load-bearing walls.

Powder-coated in & out

A baked finish on every panel face resists corrosion, scratches, and fading.

Sealed steel enclosure

Panel joints and door seals help protect stored items. Performance depends on installation, site conditions, and maintenance.

Forklift pockets

Built-in pockets let you reposition the whole unit with a forklift.

Doors where you want

Specify door placement on the side or the end to fit your access and your yard.

Powder-coated steel interior with weather-tight seal

Clean, sealed interior

Smooth powder-coated walls, a tough composite floor, and an envelope that stays dry through the seasons.

Questions, answered

Everything people ask before they buy.

Will it really fit through my gate?
Yes, that’s the whole point of the design. Every My Yard Vault 4 Corners ships as flat panels that roll through a standard yard gate, then bolt together on your land. No crane, no fence coming down, no torn-up driveway.
How long does the build take?
About an hour for most sizes. Our crew assembles the galvanized panels on-site, sets the doors and locks, and walks you through it before we leave.
Do I need a concrete slab?
No. My Yard Vault 4 Corners units sit on leveled blocks on firm ground, the same way you’ve seen them in our install photos. If you already have a slab or pad, we’ll happily build on that too.
Do I need a permit?
Permit, zoning, foundation, and HOA requirements vary by location, size, and intended use. Check with your local authority before ordering; do not assume a permit exemption.
How do I maintain the finish?
Ask for the selected model's material, coating, and maintenance instructions in writing. Inspect and maintain the finish, door hardware, and seals; do not assume a maintenance-free or corrosion-proof product.
How secure is it?
Every unit closes on recessed, lockable T-handle latches with room for your own padlock, and the panel system leaves no exposed hinge pins to pull. See the accessories page for the locking hardware up close.
Can I move it later?
Yes. The same bolts that put it up take it down. If you move house or want it on the other side of the yard, it unbolts, travels flat, and goes back up.
How do payments work?
Ask the team about current financing and lease-to-own availability, provider eligibility, rates, fees, and total cost. Try the payment estimator to ballpark a monthly number, and confirm the provider terms before applying.
